Appointment Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations
or missed appointments may result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Refunds on Single Services
All services are non-refundable once performed. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us
immediately so we can address your concern and find a professional solution.
Packages, Promotions & Discounted Plans
Packages and promotional bundles are sold at a discounted rate for multiple sessions. If a client
decides to cancel a package after using one or more services, the services already received will be charged at the regular full price. The remaining unused balance — after recalculating the full price of used services — will be refunded to the client.
Example: If a 5-session package costs $450 ($90 per service) and the regular price per session is $100, and you used 2 sessions, $200 will be deducted for those sessions and $250 will be refunded.
Product Returns
Unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt. Opened
or used products cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations.
Deposits & Prepaid Services
Any deposit made to reserve a service or package is applied toward your total balance. Deposits are
non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
